Low smoke and halogen-free wire characteristics:
(1) The tensile strength is greater than that of ordinary PVC wires: The tensile strength of ordinary PVC wires is greater than 1.05 Kgf/mm2, while the tensile strength of low smoke and halogen-free wires is greater than
1.2 Kgf/mm2;
(2) It has good weather resistance (-30℃~105℃);
(3) It has good flexibility (with a hardness of 80-90);
(4) It has non-migration property (because this product formula does not add plasticizers, there will be no migration property);
(5) When burning, it will not produce toxic black smoke (it will produce a small amount of white smoke);
(6) It has a high volume resistivity: PVC wires are generally 1012~1015Ω/cm3, while low smoke and halogen-free wires are greater than 1016Ω/cm3;
(7) It has good high-voltage resistance characteristics: PVC wires generally can withstand above 10KV, while low smoke and halogen-free wires can withstand above 15KV;
(8) It has good elasticity and stickiness.
Low smoke and halogen-free wire material composition:
(1) The main resins used are linear PE and elastic PE, and the flame-retardant materials use three kinds of metal oxides containing crystalline water: they lose crystalline water at 200℃, 300℃, and above 300℃.
