The nominal cross-sectional area of the conductors in the core of the high-flexibility wire and cable does not meet the requirements. 4. The composition of the insulating material does not meet the requirements or the processing is poor. We know that the outer layer of the cable usually uses an insulating material to wrap the core wire. If this insulating material is of poor quality, its own withstand voltage performance will be reduced during use, and it will also result in an unqualified resistance value. Moreover, long-term use will shorten its service life and easily cause some short-circuit faults leading to fires.
